29 CFR 1910.23(c)(3): Regardless of height, open-sided floors, walkways, platforms, or runways above or adjacent to dangerous equipment, pickling or galvanizing tanks, degreasing units, and similar hazards shall be guarded with a standard railing and toe board. On or about August 9, 2016 at the above referenced job site, employees walking-working on a narrow surface measuring approximately 16 inches wide and 25 feet long, adjacent to 25 chemically treated aquarium tanks were exposed to fall and drowning hazards.

29 CFR 1910.1048(m)(1)(iii): The employers did not include formaldehyde in the hazard communication program established to comply with the HCS (� 1910.1200). Employers did not ensure that each employee had access to labels on containers of formaldehyde and to safety data sheets, and was trained in accordance with the requirements of HCS and paragraph (n) of this section. On or about August 9, 2016, at the above referenced job site, employer did not provide safety data sheet to employees exposed to hazardous chemical such as, but not limited to Anapath containing Formalin Solution (10%) (Anti parasitic).
