29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(iv): The Exposure Control Plan was not reviewed and updated at least annually:    (a) Little Britches Pediatric Dentistry PC, at 1818 Mountain View Ave., Longmont, CO: On and preceding 8/10/2016, the employer did not ensure that a written exposure control plan had been reviewed and updated at least annually for employees including dental assistants, and dental hygienists who had occupational exposure to blood and other potentially infectious material (OPIM) during dental procedures. Employees utilized syringes and removed contaminated needles from syringes. Employees were occupationally exposed to blood or OPIM during this activity. This condition exposed employees to a bloodborne pathogen hazard.
