29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: On or about August 11, 2016 at the west side of building, Screen Printing Department of the above addressed worksite, the nip points between a sprocket wheel and chain at the paper-feeding area of a UV screen printing press (i.e. Sakurai, Model SC112A2, Serial Number RJ1019B) were not guarded, exposing an employee to a caught by hazard.
