29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety nets, personal fall arrest systems or a combination of an adequate warning line system and safety monitoring system. On the east side of the building, employees were installing roofing shingles without using any type of fall protection, exposing employees to falls of more than 6 feet to the ground below.
