29 CFR 1910.253(b)(2)(ii): Assigned storage spaces for cylinders were not located where cylinders could not be knocked over or damaged by passing or falling objects, or subject to tampering by unauthorized persons: a. Bldg 30 - On or about August 10, 2016, an oxygen and acetylene fuel-gas cylinder were not secured to the cart to prevent it from being knocked over and damaged. Unstable tanks can cause serious injuries such as facial and body burns.
