29 CFR 1910.305(j)(1)(i): Fixtures, lampholders, lamps, rosettes, and receptacles located had live parts normally exposed to employee contact.   Administration Building, Canine Mezzanine:  On or about 10 August 2016 and times prior thereto, a 120 volt electrical outlet had a damaged outlet cover.  This condition exposed employees to an electrical shock and burn hazard.
