29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed. South Terminal, Baggage Area, Room C1051C; on or about 14 July 2015 and times prior thereto; the gear sprocket on a baggage conveyer system; measured 60 inches from the lower surface was not guarded. This condition exposed employees to a caught in hazard.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): South Terminal, area C, oversize baggage screening; on or about 10 August 2016 and times prior thereto; energized electrical wires were not guarded. The Siebe Environmental Controls Unit had energized wires exposed on the left hand side adjacent to the conveyor. This condition exposed employees to an electrical shock and electrical burn hazards.
