The employer had not complied with the provisions of 29 CFR 1926.652(b)(1)(i): a) On or about Aug 10, 2016, at the jobsite list above - employees performing underground cable line installation were in a trench measuring six (6) feet two (2) inches and six (6) feet four (4) inches in depth; eleven (11) feet length and eight (8) feet eight (8) inches in width that was not provided with cave in protection.
