29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3): When inadequacies in an affected employee's knowledge or use of fall protection systems or equipment indicate that the employee has not retained the requisite understanding or skill, the employer did not retrain the affected employee. On or about 08/03/16, at the job site, an employee that was conducting plastering work on the second floor of a structure was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 16 feet, the employee was not protected from falling by the use of an appropriate means of fall protection. PLEASE NOTE: CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS NOT REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION
