29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about at 8/11/16 located at 560 Fountains Lane, Cumming, GA: Employees were installing siding on an apartment duplex that was under construction while on top of the pump jack at approximately 22 foot from the lower level. Employees were installing siding on to the walls and the excess siding was being dropped / thrown back down to the ground, employees were observed without hard hats exposing them to a struck by hazards.
