29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(i): The employer having employee(s) with occupational exposure did not establish a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure: (a) At the hotel, on or about 8/9/2016: The housekeepers were occupationally exposed to blood and other potentially infectious material (OPIM) in accident scene cleanups, as well as their daily tasks where blood or OPIM was present; where the hotel had no written Bloodborne Pathogens Exposure Control Program available, and gave no BBP training or exposure incident management protocols to employees. Abatement certification must be submitted.

Abatement certification must be submitted.
