29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) On August 11. 2016, the exposing employer, F Diaz Construction, did not ensure employees, who were required to engage in re-roofing operations on a two-story residential roof, were protected from exposure to fall hazards of 21.6 feet and greater.
