29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: Worksite located at 500 South College. Tulsa, OK 74104. On or about August 08, 2016 a platform supported by a rough terrain forklift was used to elevate personnel for roofing activities, exposing employees to a fall hazard. The forklift was not designed for such use per the manufacturers operations manual.
