29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6):  The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with either the information specified under paragraphs (f)(1)(i) through (v) of this section for labels on shipped containers; or the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical:  Larry Paul, Ltd had a container of Lysol, which was not labeled with the chemical identity and words, pictures, symbols, or a combination of these, which would provide general information regarding the physical and chemical health hazards of the chemical.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use:   On or about August 11, 2016, Larry Paul, Ltd had hazardous chemicals in the facility including Novus Heavy Scratch Remover, KILZ UpShot, Acclaim Glass Cleaner, Top Job Basic Glass Cleaner, Australian Gold pH Neutral Disinfectant Cleaner, Lysol, and Boardwalk Huracan 40.  The employer did not maintain a safety data sheet for each chemical in the workplace.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  On or about August 11, 2016, Larry Paul, Ltd had hazardous chemicals at the facility, which were utilized by employees.  The employer did not provide the employees with any hazard communication training.  This training would include the following:    Information: a.       The requirements of this section, b.      Any operations in their work area where hazardous chemicals were present, and c.       The location and availability of the written hazard communication program, including the required list(s) of hazardous chemicals, and material safety data sheets.    Training: a.       Methods and observations that may be used to detect the presence or release of a hazardous chemical in their work area, b.      The physical and health hazards of the chemicals in their work area, c.       The measures employees can take to protect themselves from these hazards, and  d.      The details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer.
