29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):  The employer did not report the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees or an employee's amputation, or an employee's loss of an eye, as a result of a work-related incident, within 24 hours:  a/  The employer did not report the in-patient hospitalization of one employee following a work-related incident.  The employee was hospitalized on 08/06/16 with severe burns over 70 percent of his body following a fall from a low-sloped roof into a hot tar kettle pot.  The employer notified OSHA on 08/12/16.
