29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours. a) Cobb EMC Headquarters - On July 21, 2016, an employee left work after performing his normal shift as a lineman. On his way home, he wasn't feeling well and stopped by Cartersville Medical. They administered intravenous fluids and kept him overnight for observations. The employer was notified by the employee on July 27, 2016. The employer did not notify OSHA until August 9, 2016.
