29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): Protective eye equipment was not required where there was a reasonable probability of injury that could be prevented by such equipment: On or about 08/01/2016, in the truck latch installation area, where the workers were potentially exposed to eye injuries, protective eye glasses were not made available. On the date above an employee installing truck hood latch was struck on left eye with the knob of latch installation equipment.
