OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that, employees were exposed to an amputation hazard: a) On July 28, 2016, an employee was operating a Milwaukee 7 1/4" Adjustable Handle Circular Saw with one hand while cutting a wooden shim piece that had not been supported or secured to the work bench and suffered finger amputation injuries.
