29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(vii): Unauthorized personnel were permitted to ride on powered industrial trucks or a safe place to ride was not provided where riding of trucks was authorized: On or about 08/03/16, at the location of 1575 Hwy 59 in Lakin KS, employees engaged in metal roofing activities with the use of an all-terrain forklift (644-17143) were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet to the ground below. An employee was allowed to ride the forks up to the structure and on to the roof without a safe means.
