29 CFR 1926.850(f): During demolition operation(s), a hazard existed from fragmentation of glass:  a:  On or about August 15, 2016, the employer did not remove the hazards of glass windows and doors during demolition of a two-story residential house located at 302 Romana St., Pensacola, FL, exposing employees to struck-by, cuts and other disabling injuries.

29 CFR 1926.850(a): An engineering survey was not performed by a competent person to determine the conditions of the framing floors and walls and the possibility of unplanned collapse of any portion of the structure prior to permitting employees to start demolition operations:  a:  On or about August 15, 2016, the employer did not perform an engineering survey prior to demolition operations, exposing employees to struck-by and crushing hazards.  Maverick Demolition, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.850(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 944749, citation number 01, item number 01and was affirmed as a final order on March 24, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 6501 Pensacola Blvd., Pensacola, FL 32501.
