29 CFR 1926.300(c):     Employees who used hand and power tools and were exposed to the hazard of falling, flying, abrasive, and splashing objects, or exposed to harmful dusts, fumes, mists, vapors, or gases were not provided with the particular personal protective equipment necessary to protect them from the hazard:    On or about August 4, 2016, and times prior thereto, outdoors in the front yard, the employer did not ensure that employee(s) exposed to the hazards of flying brick chips and silica dust particles, while cutting bricks dry, were provided respirators and safety spectacles with unperforated sideshields. Employee(s) were exposed to the hazard of being struck in the eye and inhalation hazards.

This condition exposed employee(s) to inhalation hazards associated with exposure to airborne silica and dust particles.
