29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2): Portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected at least monthly: a) Main Work Room Floor On or about, 08/12/2016, all portable fire extinguishers had not received a monthly inspection as required since May of 2016. The U.S. Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1132671, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/23/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1300 Evans Ave., San Francisco, California 94188.
