29 CFR 1910.134(h)(2)(i): Respirators were not stored to protect them from damage, contamination, dust, sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, and damaging chemicals or  were not packed or stored to prevent deformation of the facepiece and exhalation valve:  (Construction Reference 1926.103)    a.  On or about August 4, 2016, turbine bay, by the upstream wall, an uncovered half mask respirator hanging from a rack was contaminated with lead and exposes employees to lead hazards.      b.  On or about August 4, 2016, generator bay, between generator 2 and 3, an uncovered half mask respirator on the top surface of a metal cabinet, was contaminated with lead and exposes employees to lead hazards.      c.  On or about August 4, 2016, equipment gallery, at the upstream wall below the turbine 2, an uncovered half mask respirator hung at scaffolding and pipes where lead containing debris was present and was not protected from lead contamination and exposes employees to lead hazards.
