29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Location: Building 16, 66-74 Ledgebrook Drive, Norwalk, CT 06855 The low sloped roof with a 15 foot fall distance was not equipped with a fall protection system (guardrail system, safety nets system, personal fall arrest systems or a monitoring system) to prevent fall hazards. Vasyl Berezhanskyy, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1074510, Citation number 01, Item number 001a and was affirmed as a final order on 9/10/15, with respect to a workplace located a 2 Second Street, Norwalk, CT 06855.
