29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(vii)(N): The bloodborne pathogens training program did not contain an opportunity for interactive questions or answers with the person conducting the training session. As required by 29CFR 1960.8(b): (a) VA NY Harbor Healthcare System. Throughout the facility, employees are not always offered the opportunity for interactive questions and answers during the computerized bloodborne pathogens training. The condition was noted on or about August 8, 2016. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1,000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.
