29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(2)(ii): The EMPLOYER'S hazard communication program did not include methods the employer will use to inform the other employer(s) of any precautionary measures that need to be taken to protect employees during the workplace's normal operations and in foreseeable emergencies.     a) On or about 7/28/2016, Dae Sung contracted Coit Cleaners to clean IRS carpets using cleaning chemicals (severe skin and eye irritants) and did not have a written hazard communication program that included methods the employer will use to inform the other employer(s) of any precautionary measures that need to be taken to protect their employees.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8):   The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work  shift to employees when they were in their work area(s).     a) On or about 7/28/2016 Dae Sung contracted Coit Carpet cleaners to clean IRS carpets located at 201 Rivercenter Blvd in Covington, KY and did not get and make available to the IRS safety data sheets for the cleaning chemicals (severe skin and eye irritants) used by Coit employees .                                                                In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met    a) On or about 8/9/2016, and at times prior to, Dae Sung contracted Coit Cleaners to clean carpets using cleaning chemicals (severe skin and eye irritants) and was using another contractors written hazard communication program and had not developed or implement their own written hazard communication program.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
