29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:     (a) On or about August 13, 2016, Dark Sky Group, as the controlling employer, did not ensure that employees of Chiarelo, Inc., a subcontractor, were protected from falls while working at heights greater than 6 feet. Employees of Chiarelo, Inc. were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 20 feet while engaged in roofing activities on a two- story residential building with no fall protection in place.      Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
