29 CFR 1904.31(a): Basic requirement. The employer did not record on their OSHA 300 Log the recordable injury sustained by a temporary agency employee under its supervision on a day-to-day basis. (a) On or about August 16, 2016, the employer failed to record on their OSHA Log a recordable injury sustained by Randstad employee under its supervision on a day-to-day basis which occurred on July 28, 2016. The employee sustained a fracture to his lower left leg while operating a stand-up lift. The employee was hospitalized.
