29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled equipment was not installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling:    a) Break Room no. 614, where a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to vending machine, no. FX-21239.  The Defense Commissary Agency  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1122685, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 8, 2016 with respect to a workplace located at Joint Base Lewis Mc Chord, WA.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Unless specifically permitted otherwise in paragraph (g)(1)(ii) of this section, flexible cords and cables may not be used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:   a)  Bakery and Deli, where flexible cords used as a substitute for fixed wiring included:   1. Deli Case, where a heavy duty black extension cord was used to supply power to the Smart Touch scale and the wireless modem.   2. Deli case, where a lite duty black extension cord was used to supply power to a Smart Touch scale and the Boars Head neon sign.
