29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. On or about August 12, 2016, employees cleaning stucco debris from a 7:12 pitch roof were not protected from falling 12 feet by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system or a personal fall arrest system. Plaster Craft, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 979919, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on July 24, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2611 N HWY 231, Panama City, Florida 32405.
