29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use.    a) Work site was located at 10 Kice Avenue, Wharton, NJ 07885.    Employees were exposed to chemical hazards in the chemical storage room where the eyewash station provided had Fend-All Eyesaline eyewash solution that expired in March of 2007. Lot number for the solution was F04093-41.    Violation was observed on or about 8/16/2016.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks.    a) Work site was located at 10 Kice Avenue, Wharton, NJ 07885.    Employees were exposed to caught in hazards as the Virkotype Process Machine, Model A12S, had open access 16 inches high to an unguarded drive chain and belt that were located just to the left of the controls for the machine's operations.     Violation was observed on or about 8/16/2016.    b) Work site was located at 10 Kice Avenue, Wharton, NJ 07885.    Employees were exposed to caught in hazards as the Potdevin Machine Company, 2R Gluer, had 12 inch rollers that were not protected from employee contact by a feed guard.    Violation was observed on or about 8/16/2016.    c) Work site was located at 10 Kice Avenue, Wharton, NJ 07885.    Employees were exposed to caught in hazards as the Brandtjen & Kluge Inc., EHD Series Foil Stamper, had no guard package in place with electric interlocks to prevent incidental employee contact with moving machine parts.    Violation was observed on or about 8/16/2016.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical.    a) Work site was located at 10 Kice Avenue, Wharton, NJ 07885.    Employees were exposed to chemical hazards as the temporary containers used to store chemicals for use in the production areas of the facility were not properly labeled to identify the product contained therein and no associated warnings or cautions for those chemicals. One bottle was found to only have the word "Acetone" written on a piece of masking tape that was stuck to the bottle.    Violation was observed on or about 8/16/2016.
