29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: A. On or about August 19, 2016, Pre-Sort Area: 1. A red flexible extension cord was used in lieu of the fixed wiring of the building to power a small white floor fan on the far side of the conveyor. 2. A 6-receptacle relocatable power tap was used in lieu of the fixed wiring of the building to power a Dayton 30-inch metal-encased pedestal fan.
