29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 4917 Clerkenwell St Montgomery, Alabama: On or about August 16, 2016 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure employees decking a roof had fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of 13 feet 2 inches to the ground below. b) At 4917 Clerkenwell St Montgomery, Alabama: On or about August 16, 2016 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure employees decking a dormer roof had fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of 22 feet 9 inches to the ground below.
