29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  a. On or about August 15 2016, at the kitchen area, an electrical service panel was not readily accessible. There were six 5-gallon water bottles stored below the panel.   NOTE:  Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item since it was submitted prior to citation issuance.

29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(i): The employer having employee(s) with occupational exposure did not establish a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure:  a. On or about August 15 2016, at the main office area. The employer did not develop a written exposure control plan to minimize blood-borne pathogens exposure of medical personnel such as Registered Nurses and Respiratory Practitioners assigned to provide care and assistance during patient's air transportation.  NOTE:  Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item since it was submitted prior to citation issuance.
