29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) On or about August 16, 2016, and at times prior, the employer did not perform effective regular and frequent inspections of jobsites where employees were exposed to fall hazards due to lack of fall protection in place. Abatement note: Abatement certification and documenation are required for this item (See Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet). Old World Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 997129, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/31/2014, with respect to a workplace located at204 Alsace Way, Colorado Springs, CO.
