29 CFR 1910.37(b)(6): Each exit sign was not illuminated to a surface value of at least five foot-candles (54 lux) by a reliable light source and be distinctive in color:  Maintenance Shop - On or about August 17, 2016, employees were required to work in the maintenance shop on a daily basis. Two emergency exit signs were not illuminated as required, thereby exposing employees to the hazards associated with fire and smoke.
