Moore, OK 73160. On or about August 10, 2016 and at times prior thereto, two employees were exposed to a fall of ten feet while working on a fabricated frame scaffold that did not have the working levels fully planked between the uprights and guardrail mounts.

29 CFR 1926.451(e)(9)(iv): Cross braces on tubular welded frame scaffolds were used as a means of access or egress. Worksite located at 1307 Brush Arbor Drive. Moore, OK 73160. On or about August 10, 2016 and at times prior thereto, an employee was observed using the cross-braces as a means of egress form the top section of the fabricated frame scaffolding. The employee was exposed to a fall hazards of ten feet.
