Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while working without fall protection from an unsecured pallet being lifted by a rough terrain forklift:    On or about August 18, 2016, on the front side of the main office where an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while working from a pallet being lifted by a rough terrain forklift to fill holes in the stone wall above the office door without having the pallet secured to the forklift or a fall protection systems in place.
