OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees from crushing injuries in that operators were not utilizing safety restraint devices and Rollover Protection Structure (ROPS) while operating mowers and tractors:     a) Lawrence Park Golf Club, 3700 East Lake Road in Erie, PA.  On or about August 18, 2016, and times prior thereto, employees were exposed to crushing hazards while operating riding mowers such as, but not limited to, the New Holland MC Mower without the rollover protective structure (ROPS) in the raised position.     b) Lawrence Park Golf Club, 3700 East Lake Road in Erie, PA.  On or about August 18, 2016, and times prior thereto, employees were exposed to crushing hazards while operating mowers without utilizing seatbelts when the ROPS is in the raised position.  These mowers included, but were not limited to, mowers such as the Toro Groundsmaster 3500-D.
