29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment used to support scaffold platforms were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: On or about July 21, 2016 at a new building construction site, an employee was allowed to stand on and work from a wooden trash basket that was elevated on the forks a forklift. The forklift was not designed for such use per the manufacturers operations manual, exposing the employee to fall hazards.
