29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about at 08/17/16 located at 6005 Fisher Bank, Cumming, GA: Employees were installing Roofing Felt paper on a 12/12 pitch roof while working at the edge, the employer did not ensure that fall protection was used by the employees while exposed to fall hazards of approximately up to 22.7- feet and resulting in employee rescued by 911 EMT after falling 22.7-feet.

On or about at 08/17/16 located at 6005 Fisher Bank, Cumming, GA : Employees performing roofing operations while installing Roofing Felt paper a 12/12 pitch roof and were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 22.7- feet while wearing a body belt as part of a fall protection system. Employee fell 22.7-foot, broke three ribs and was air evacuated by chopper to the hospital
