On August 18, 2016 in the Maintenance Cage, a maintenance employee was exposed to a amputation, kickback hazard while using a Craftsman Sawmill portable power tool ripping a 36" x 3 3/8 " x 1/2" piece of wood with a dull saw blade and without the clamping of the wood being ripped causing a kickback of the saw.
