OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which is free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards from improper storage of compressed gas cylinders: a) Second Shop - On or about October 26, 2016, multiple oxygen and acetylene cylinders were not stored properly in accordance with requirements of the Compressed Gases Pamphlet P-1, 1965.
