(a) Animart 3910 North George Street York, Pa - The employer did not implement an emergency response plan for anticipated emergency response to a hazardous chemical spill. The employer did not provide information and training about the specific procedures required to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals, such as appropriate work practices and emergency procedures to clean up chlorine, thereby exposing employees to injuries, on or about August 22, 2016. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
