29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): a) At 36205 US Hwy 27, Haines City, FL 33844, as noted on or about 08/16/2016, a cover for the fridge electrical on the NTC 1b deli refrigerator was missing. Employees were exposed to electrick shock when stocking or cleaning fridge.
