29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system: a) Construction Site: On August 24, 2016 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 14 feet while tearing off asphalt shingles on an apartment complex with a 3-12 roof pitch.
