Worksite, 18 Downing Street, Newark, NJ a) The employer did not protect employees from an unprotected edge and fall hazard of approximately 9.5 feet while accessing the basement from the ground floor. b) The employer did not protect employees from an unprotected edge and fall hazard of approximately 14.5 feet into the elevator shaft. c) The employer did not protect an employee from an unprotected exterior wall opening and fall hazard of approximately 20 feet while accepting plywood sheets from the ground floor to the second floor located at the rear of the building. Violation occurred on or about 8-18-16
