29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) 777 US HWY 8, Turtle Lake WI; Employees were working from a steep sloped roof without fall protection greater than 6 feet above ground level. Sergio Roofing Co., LLC was previously cited for a serious violation of the Occupational Safety and Health standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1060899, citation 1 item number 1/b, and affirmed as final order on August 6, 2015 with respect to a work place located at 1010 S farwell St. Eau Claire, Wisconsin 54701.
