OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish to each of his employees a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a loss of balance hazard: a) This violation occurred on August 21, 2016 at a commercial construction site located at 1530 Inspiration Drive, Dallas, Texas where employees using a cheater bar on a ratcheting socket wrench while working over fifteen (15) feet in the air on a scissor lift and were exposed to a loss-of-balance hazard.
