29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person: a) On or about Jun 3, 2016 and at times prior, Nationwide Roofing of Colorado, LLC dba Shield Construction & Restoration, as the controlling employer, did not conduct effective safety inspections to ensure that employees of MAH Construction, Inc. (subcontractor) were protected from falls of approximately 10 to 15 feet while working on the roof of a split-level residential house.
